How the loan process worksNot sure where to start? Here you'll find our process – a virtual timeline for what it's like to work with us! From our first conversation to after you close your loan, we're here to walk you through it. Worried about finding our office? Don't fret – since we're an online company, our clients get to sit back and let us do the heavy lifting. We can do everything over the phone or online – and we'll even come to you for closing. Let us know how you want to be contacted and we'll work with you. We can chat via the web, e-mail or talk on the phone. Once we connect, we will set you up with your loan process manager who can handle your loan from beginning to end. When we first talk, we'll ask you some questions about what you need and what you're looking for in a loan. Then we'll match you with loan options and offer expert advice to help you meet your goals. We have a number of loan options to choose from, so we'll help you evaluate each option to find the loan that best fits you. Our online system can also provide you the immediate method to determine your loan amount and other conditions of the loan. This can save you time and allow you to move forward quickly. Once we find the loan option you love, we'll send you your application. We do this online, using our secure, exclusive technology, and make it easy to review and approve the application. And, if any part of it seems confusing, we will be there to walk you through it. We will require a deposit once we have determined which loan is right for you. This money will begin to cover the costs incurred to process your loan like your credit report, appraisal and more. When you close your loan, you’ll see your deposit as a credit against the total of your closing costs on your closing documents. Step 3: Get Loan Processing Started
This is when the magic happens! We'll get to work behind-the-scenes underwriting your loan. We'll set up your appraisal, handle your title work, deal with taxes and insurance and getting your current loan paid off (if you're refinancing). Step 5: Wrap it Up
When all the loan details are done, we'll contact you to set your closing date. We'll go over all your paperwork before you actually close to make sure you're happy with everything. If you're not, just tell us. We'll make every effort to address your concerns. Step 6: Fund your Loan
When you give us the go-ahead, we'll schedule your closing. Usually a convenient location at escrow or title in your area. Step 7: The last step
